EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Type of Ownership

This plan is to set up a muffin business in the name of “Cobake-19, The Banana
Bomb” wherein the owners are Anna Sandara Amancio, Jallen Marithe Benito, Jonas
Gutierrez, Kimberly Mactal, Lara Aliyah Villareal, Patricia Jean Samson, Nathaniel
Vizconde, John Albert Domingo, Lance Raphael Marzan, and Tristan John Padin.
Owners tend to sell a bombastic taste of banana muffin that everyone will surely
remember.
Cobake-19: The Banana Bomb will be a microenterprise business, which will offer
banana flavored muffins, where its customers can choose based on their own
preference.

Management Experience

This business will be owned by young entrepreneurs, who all have background in
managing and handling a business. The owners are student entrepreneurs who decided
to invest their time and efforts with serving fresh, delicious, and affordable home-made
muffins during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the owners have operated their own
small business previous to beginning Cobake-19.
Ms. Mactal is the business’s executive manager. Ms. Villareal, Mr. Gutierrez and Mr.
Vizconde are great leaders, they are the company’s assistant manager, administrator,
and marketing communicator respectively. The assistant manager maintains the
company’s management style and is the one who resolves customer issues and takes
feedbacks. The administrator provides office assistance for the firm’s efficient operation.
The marketing communicator’s role is to deliver a consistent business message across
all platforms. They attended leadership trainings and seminars and earned prestigious
awards which can be a great help in Cobake-19. They will be responsible for planning,
leading, and store management.

Ms. Amancio is good on preparing the things needed, very creative and good in
decision making skills. Mr. Padin is very observant on supervising the activities. Mr.
Domingo has a good communication skills and creativity. He joined many contests and
equipped with

an endless array of ideas. Ms. Benito had a good background and skills on making
research that will surely help the company. Mr. Marzan have interpersonal and
analytical skills that are needed for Business Development, collect and analyze the
data. Ms. Samson is good in strategic planning that will maintain the public image of the
company.
With their combined knowledge and skills, the student entrepreneurs will be able to
make this business a success.

This diagram depicts the business's organizational hierarchy, from the Executive
Manager to the Public Relations, as well as the competencies of each entrepreneur.
The owner and co-owner assign each job based on their strengths and shortcomings.

Business Proponents and their Partners

The proponents of the business are the ten (10) student entrepreneurs. Each of
them has something to contribute and they can be divided based on their capabilities,
skills, and interests. The proponents believe that dividing them and giving them the work
they want and is suited for them can make the business more successful because each
member should have passion in what they do.

The company’s Executive Manager, Ms. Mactal, manages the company’s operations
and activities. Mr. Gutierrez is the Business Administrator, who oversees and supports
the company's overall operations. Ms. Villareal is the company's Assistant Manager, in
charge of overseeing and leading the company's operations and personnel. Mr.
Vizconde has been appointed as the business’s Marketing Communicator, and is in
charge of developing goals, strategies, and implementation plans for complete
marketing campaigns. Ms. Amancio is appointed as Executive Chef, in charge of menu
planning, management, and product production. Mr. Padin is the Head Crew, the one
who supervised the activities of other crew members. Ms. Benito, the business’s
Research Head, is in charge of creating proposals, selecting techniques, directing
teams, managing finances, and presenting findings for research initiatives. Mr. Marzan
is the Data Analyst to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data. Mr. Domingo
has been assigned to the position of business Marketing Assistant, assisting marketing
managers and executives with initiatives aimed at increasing corporate profits and
devising sales strategies or marketing campaigns. Lastly, Ms. Patricia Jean Samson is
the Public Relations in charge of maintaining the favorable image of the company.

Because it is all about management, the Executive Manager and the group's
assistants may handle governance and top management. These leaders will set an
example for their followers to follow. However, having leaders does not preclude other
members from participating, because as a business team, the recommendations and
approval of each individual is critical. In that section, they will be able to develop various
ideas and concepts that can help the firm.

The people in charge of operations and support will be the ones who create the main
product, banana muffins. Others can help with the business's installation and operation.
There are also members who will help on the company's advertisements, and those with
sales talents should be recruited. Others may be the ones who sell the things or
manage money and manage the whole crew.

Cobake 19, The Banana Bomb’s organizational structure is directed by the owner
and co-owner of the business. First, the owner identified all of the group members'
strengths and weaknesses based on their abilities. They divided out the duties based on
the members capabilities.

Business leaders efficiently control and encourage the employees by establishing a


clear leadership brand that distinguishes the company from competitors, ensuring that
leadership qualities remain consistent across teams, and ensuring that leadership skills
are embedded throughout the organization, with learning opportunities for all
employees.

The inclusive business culture empowers and engages people while also supporting
organizational goals such as development and shaping the organization's identity.

In the business location, the offered product is not yet well-known. The business
also offers a fresh, healthier muffin that is rich in vitamins.

Cobake-19: The Banana Bomb may position the firm as a new muffin business in
the market, increasing both revenue and image. To implement this plan, Cobake-19
must be renowned in the industry for offering higher-quality products, hence
encouraging consumers to prefer our products.

The business offers high quality baked muffins, with its mouthwatering taste and
excellent customer service. Currently, there are 16 possible variety to sell. The said
business will provide different variation of toppings to customers. Given that the
customers have wide choices, the business distinction from other stores is that the
customers can choose the type of their muffin. It will be available in small portions with
a single kind and in assorted sales where the customers have the chance to pick their
choices.

Uniqueness of Product

Cobake-19 The Banana Bomb will provide satisfaction to the customers, aimed
to produce a high quality and freshly baked banana muffins. This product is not yet
offered on the business’ location.

Banana Muffin is a type of muffin that features organic banana as a principal


ingredient. It is normally eaten casually as a snack anytime of the day. Most muffins
are made commercially for they have a high business potential and profitability. Those
are some of the reasons why the student entrepreneurs proposed the business.
Bananas contain multiple nutrients that is good for the people’s health.

These banana nut muffins include both soluble and insoluble fiber, both of
which are necessary for different reasons. Insoluble fiber keeps food flowing through
the digestive tract and avoids constipation, whereas soluble fiber decreases
cholesterol and regulates blood sugar.

just exactly like our product.

Target Market

The entrepreneurs’ aim towards kids, teenagers, and up to adults whom enjoy pastries but not
like a chocolate’s level of sweetness. Fulfillment and delight are the primary essentials, to meet
the satisfaction of the customers by producing a great product with a reasonable price to be
enjoyed by everyone, and to make it appealing for the consumer. From these, the entrepreneurs
are confident to hear and receive orders frequently.

Strategy

As for our strategy, our strategy will be divided into 3 different sections 1.) Market
development, we handpicked the best ingredients for our product to ensure its best quality and
affordability. our team was able to create a healthy, tasty, and affordable product. 2.) marketing
strategy, for our marketing strategy we take into account the advantages of using social media
such as Facebook, and we also include and maximize the usage of fliers and posters so that
customers will have a basic grasp about our product. 3.) pricing strategy, and lastly for our
pricing strategy, we decided to price our product at a neutral pricing so that it will remain
affordable and profitable at the same time.

commercial advertisements and online posting. Entrepreneurs used those ways to easily spread
and reach their product, because nowadays most individuals are active on online selling and
social media. Thus, the entrepreneurs made a commercial advertisement to

present facts in order to persuade and entertain people to buy their product. This will enable in
familiarizing target customers with their product and to attract the market. As a result, gaining
more customers would be possible to attain the business aims and goals. In order to promote the
product, if consumers purchase a box of 6 banana muffins, they will receive a discount compared
to the original price (per piece price).
