LESSON PLAN IN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

I. OBJECTIVE
At the end of this lesson the students should be able to
1. Discuss the understanding the intensity and differentiation of your emotions may help
in communicating emotional expression
2. Explore your positive and negative emotions and how you express or hide them
3. Create ways to manage various emotions

II. SUBJECT MATTER


TITTLE: emotional intelligence
REFFERENCE: Module and internet
MATERIALS: ballpen, paper, notebook

III. PROCEDURE
A. Preparation
 Prayer
 Greetings
Greet the students and ask them to seat properly
 Checking of attendance
 Motivation:
Game: 5 minutes role playing
The class will be divided into 5 groups and each group will pick one of
different skills in improving the EQ. They will act it in front after 10 to 15
minutes of preparation.

What is the lesson that we discussed yesterday?
It’s all about the mental health and well-being in middle and late adolescence

going to attained.

5. How do we construct our emotional intelligence

1. What is being aware of your emotions mean?
-simply noticing them as we feel them help us manage our emotions.

-people are naturally designed to try to understand others

-it means knowing when, where and how to express your self

- it helps someone get motivated, concentrate on a task or try again instead of
giving up

- we can all work to build even stronger emotional intelligence skills just by
recognizing what we feel and why, and putting our emotions into heartfelt
words when we need to.
