The person in this position is responsible for driving sales of our products through the Exhibition
S channel. He/she will be responsible for organizing exhibitions (major & special) for artisans &
I leading a team of executives to manage artisans and maximize sales by ensuring equal
participation to all the Artisans. The responsibilities also include social media marketing,
S consumer interaction, ensuring quality & interacting and planning with other departments.

N Driving Sales: (Medium- Exhibitions) Team Management: (Including Artisans)

Planning for different periods, locations & developing a timeline of Exhibitions Training of executives on crowd management, social media
throughout the year. Using thematic diversification to design these Exhibitions. marketing tracking & analysis, running campaigns online &
