Homeless animals of big cities

Nowadays a lot of homeless animals are known to live on busy streets. Somebody considers this
problem to be important for finding a solution. Others, however, disagree with such a position. In this
essay, author’s opinion will be expressed and main pros and cons will be evaluated.

From my point of view, dogs and cats must have an owner and live with people.

To begin with, animals in the streets can be dangerous. They have to get their own food and because of
this, they are very aggressive and could sometimes attack people. In addition to this, they often have
harmful diseases and can transmit them to innocent bystanders when bitten. In contrast, living with an
owner an animal is healthy and trained.

Moreover, stray dogs suffer themselves from their life on the streets. Their living conditions are very
harsh. Animals are cut up from the lack of food and die due to this. For example, my friend’s cat ran
away from home in winter and in several days it was found dead in the nearby park.

In conclusion, I strongly believe cats and dogs have to live in warmth and love. Fortunately, there are a
lot of charitable organizations which catch vagrants and put them to shelters. There volunteers take
care of them. I wish every dog found their loving owner.
