5.2.1.2 Terms and Contract
Other than the contract business owners agree to uphold, the agreements
between the wholesalers and our company will be private and secret. They need
us to trust them when we buy their supplies, and they need to provide for each of
us as we need them. We both agree to the following basic terms, which shall
remain private; yet we both agree to:
I. Services
The Palitaw Delight will make every effort to give customers a high-
quality, long-lasting product. This will help both users and sellers build
relationships with customers and persuade them to purchase our goods again. The
business owners concur that there won't be any delays in getting our product to
customers, and there won't be any issues for suppliers.
II. Product
To please our consumers, Palitaw Delight agrees to provide high-quality
goods and make sure they are durable. To improve our product and make it more
valuable and necessary to consumers, owners will also be open to any feedback
from our customers. This will help build their confidence in our work and
motivate them to make additional purchases from us.
III. Replacement/Return policy
Palitaw Delight agrees to the terms of returning the product to our
company if there is evidence of a fault with our product. If it has been more than
that day since the problem was discovered, business owners will replace it with a
new product at no cost to you.
IV. Employees
Our company will make sure that every one of its employees is trained and
has a firm grasp of what they are doing before they become regular employees.
Additionally, business owners make sure they go above and above to deliver work
that delights our customers.
V. Technical equipment
Manufacturers will be confident that the equipment required to create our
product can complete its task and is in good working order to avoid a problem
during production. The better the state of the equipment used by researchers to
prepare the Palitaw, the less money will be required for its upkeep. Additionally,
we'll make sure it's always fully functional and effective.
5.2.1.3 Business Process Protection
A business process is a set of actions taken to accomplish a specific
objective. A task is allocated to a participant at each stage of a business process. It
serves as the essential building element for other related concepts, including
process automation and business process management. It uses all the inputs in
different phases to produce a completely functional finished product, much like an
assembly line. Palitaw Delight Business will safeguard the company's trade
secrets and proprietary procedures. Palitaw Delight starts by determining which
files require protection. Once we are aware of every piece of information the
organization wishes to keep private, business owners can develop a method for
recognizing freshly developed information that demands confidentiality.
Information storage locations will be monitored by a different company. To find
out where important information is kept and who has access to it, Palitaw Delight
conducts an information audit. These individuals will also guarantee that all data
and the stockrooms are protected. Third, establish staff policies and training. All
personnel who will be handling trade secrets must complete training, sign a non-
disclosure agreement, and abide by business policies governing their protection
and handling. Fourth, the staff needs to receive quality training. One of the
obstacles to the company's success is a lack of information and skills. The
employees' abilities and way of thinking are shaped during the training process,
which improves the standard of their work. This will assist the business in
maintaining high results and customer service. Employees must be trained by the
management in everything, notably product creation. Palitaw Delight are
confident that our company permits, and all other official documents, are valid
since sellers carefully review all the paperwork to check for any illegitimate
documents or contracts. Our assurance that our business is appropriately licensed
contributes to the protection of everyone involved—especially our clients. Our
personal assets will be safeguarded if we have a license. Finally, Palitaw Delight
created clear rules. The business creates a clear and thorough code of conduct that
specifies standards for professional ethics. Business owners clearly relate the
effects of ethical lapses while identifying typical errors and how to avoid them.
This covers safety concerns as well as laws and regulations.

Table 5.12.1: Gantt Chart Schedule on Product Development Cycle
Planning
Members of the team collaborate to create a prototype of the product
during the first design stage. The ideal place to start planning is with a hand-
drawn mockup of the final product. It ought to be as thorough as possible, with a
label outlining each feature. Make a list of the various parts or supplies that will
be required to make the product a reality. Along with the components, it should
start thinking about the retail pricing or product category that will apply, as well
as the packaging, labeling, and general level of material quality.
Prototype
Producing a finished product to serve as a sample for mass manufacturing
is the aim of the prototype phase of the product development process. Prototyping
typically entails testing out numerous iterations of the product while gradually
removing possibilities and improving upon existing design until satisfied with the
final prototype.
Sourcing
Once the prototype has been completed and approved, it is time to begin
acquiring the materials and assembling the partners required for production. The
suppliers, tasks, and assets required to make a product and deliver it to a
consumer are referred to as establishing the supply chain. Finding manufacturers
or suppliers will be the primary focus of this phase, but it may also need to
consider storage, shipping, and warehousing.
Costing
A better understanding of the cost of manufacturing the product should
exist following the completion of research, planning, prototyping, and sourcing.
In order to determine a retail price and gross margin, costing is the act of adding
up the cost of items sold based on the information that has already been obtained.
Start by making a spreadsheet with each additional expense listed as a separate
line item. This should cover all the expenditures associated with raw materials,
factory setup, production, and shipment. In order to get the finished product into
the customer's hands, it is vital to account for shipping, import fees, and any
charges that will need to be paid. Depending on where the product will be created,
these fees can have a major impact on the cost of items sold.
