3. SINOPSIS KURSUS / COURSE SYNOPSIS

Bahasa Malaysia :

Kursus ini adalah berkaitan pemahaman asas komunikasi perniagaan dimana pelajar didedahkan kepada prinsip
komunikasi konvensyenal dan teknologi terkini dalam komunikasi perniagaan. Pelajar juga dilatih untuk mencari
maklumat, menulis dan menyiarkan mesej secara cekap dan berkesan dengan mengambil kira pelbagai cabaran yang
boleh menghalang keberkesanan komunikasi mesej yang ingin disampaikan.

Bahasa Inggeris :

This course is about understanding the basic business communications, which will enable students to be exposed to
conventional communication principles and the latest technology in business communication. It will also train them to
search for information, write and post messages efficiently and effectively, taking into account the various challenges
that may impede the effectiveness of the message communication they wish to deliver.
