WHEREAS the Releasee is the DAUGHTER of the Releaser and out of her
natural love and affection herein and therefore the Releaser has offered to release her
undivided and unspecified (1/2) share in the said property and the Releasee has
agreed for the same.
1. That in Pursuance of the above offer the Releaser do hereby conveys, transfers,
releases and relinquishes all her undivided (1/2) share, right, title and interest in
the said property to the Releasee herein.
2. That the Releaser hereby delivers the original title deeds and possession of the
said property in,. f~vour of the Releasee to have and to hold the same as absolute
owner for ever exclusively together with liberties, privileges, easements, and
appurtenances thereof.
3. That the Releasee shall_ hen~forth possess, ~nd enjoy the said property with all
preparatory, and hereditary rights as exclusive owner without any interruption
from the Releaser or any persons claiming through the Releaser.

4. That the Releaser ~rther assures the Releasee that the said property is free
from all encumbrances, mortgages, court attachments, charges and liens etc.,
and she has no alienated or encumbered her undivided (1/2) share in or over
the said property to anybody else.
5. That_the Releaser hereby covenants to execute any deed or deeds which may be
required to more perfectly assure the title of the Releasee over the said property.

8. That the Releaser states, declares ·and covenants that the schedule property
shall be the absolute and exclusive property of the Releasee from this day
onwards and the Releasee will get valid absolute title to the schedule property.
9. That the Releaser withdrawn from the schedule property and the Releasee is in
full occupation and possession of the same and she will have every right to enjoy
the same with all rights, interests and possession without any disturbance or
interruption by the Releaser or any person claiming through him.
1O. That the Releaser hereby declares that the land is neither a Govt. Land nor an
assigned land under the provisions of A.P./T.S Assigned Lands (prohibition of
Transfers) Act No.9/1977. If anything is found therein by the officials. the parties
are liable to be prosecuted U/s.27, R/w.Sec.64 of LS.Act.
