Remark:
All our acoustical calculations are based on air borne
noise. Noises due to mechanical vibrations are
excluded.
All noise sources must be decoupled with extremely high anti-vibration units.
Conclusion:
To reach the required end noise level, for individual noise sources we try to reach 82 to 84 dB(A)
@
1.0 m. Combination of several noise sources will give a level around the expected sound pressure
level of Lp(A) <= 85 dB(A) @ 1.0 m.
We have no reserve in our acoustical calculations.
Note: Sound levels and Pressure drop are predictions based on typical Muffler performance.
