Emergency Drill Plan

Based on MEDEVAC Procedure and Emergency Response Plan, Drill and Exercises
will be organized on site once a week and monthly at our corporate offices. The drill
exercises will cover the following:

Fire drills

Medical Emergency drill

Bomb drills.

Lockdown drills.

Hostage drill

Active shooter drill

Environmental emergency drill

Responsible Officer

HSE Manager (in collaboration with HSE committee)

A detailed report (with time / duration) will be issued using the attached Emergency Drill Response
Form. At each occasion, emergency equipment shall be checked.
