Description: This app lesson will develop early childhood students’ ability to differentiate the differences between colors and
shapes.
Instructional Objective: Students will be able to learn different colors by having a variety of activities showing colors with their
names. As well as activities showing them different shapes and their names.
Step 1 Content-Based or Skill-Based App: Students will use the learning colors and shapes app to learn how to correctly
differentiate colors.
Step 2 Content-Based or Skill-Based App: Students will use the learning colors and shapes as well to learn the differences
between a variety of different shapes
Step 3 Creation-Based (Learning Artifact) or Skill-Based App (Screenshot of Progress): Students will have a variety of quizlets
that quiz them of differences between a variety of shapes and colors
