I. Ideation and Opportunity Identification Process

A. Product Idea 1: BANANA OAT COOKIES

The group chose to focus researching on food industry, the first product idea that we
chose in this subject entrepreneurship was the Banana Oat Cookies. Through
brainstorming and researching online to gather some ideas our team came up with this
product. During the gathering of idea the main tool that we used was the internet, we try
to have many ideas as we can and combine them all to have this kind of product. The
group visits several reliable websites, tutorials of the experts and others. This product is
suggested by one of our group members, this product is not only sweet but also healthy
for our body. These cookies are sugar-less, flour-less, easy to make, and so delicious
that you’d never know they’re healthy. The insights that helped the group in this product
idea is simple, we all just want to produce a healthy but affordable and sweet product to
enjoy it not only by adults but also by children since we know that other nutritious foods
are not very popular with young people because they do not like the taste.

The Banana Oat Cookies is simply made from mashed banana and rolled oats, with
some date sugar, and whatever throw-ins you’d like it can be chocolates, nuts and
many more. The baking process of this product will only take a few minutes. The
Banana and Oats are the main ingredients of this product, for the ingredients some of
them are quite unusual for us Filipinos like the oats and date sugar, so our group
conduct a research and we manage to find a store who sells the ingredients. Based on
the another research that our team conduct we found out that this product is usually
offered as a snack in other country but it is not yet well known in our country because
no one has offered it yet. The reason why people should buy or avail our product are it
is new to their taste and it’s sweet and we all know that Filipinos love sweets and most
importantly it is healthy.
B. PRODUCT IDEA 2: THIC MILO

We decide to come up to this product called Thick Milo, based on every school thick
milo was not very popular product from long time ago due to its changes. From our
information we got this idea by watching the trends of what people like to make during
this pandemic. Thick Milo is a very straightforward, easy-to-make dessert, the best part
is that you can easily find the ingredients to this recipe at home or from local grocery
stores. However, upon deeper research we discovered that this is actually an existing
Malaysian iced treat. It is creamy and milky chocolatey dessert that’s perfect, it has also
already melted, drink it like a chocolate beverage.

Just like from other dessert product it can have newer and better taste all the time.
Our group decides to make it more fun like you may also add toppings such as nuts,
marshmallows, or even more chocolates. Sometimes people prefer to just add nuts
because the Milo and milk are already sweet enough. The insights to our business are
making the consumers very satisfied to our product, giving a positive info on how to
make it even tastier. It is cheap and affordable to make people buy or avail our product.

The procedures for making this product, the first thing we do is in a bowl, mix the
Milo powder and hot water. Mix thoroughly so that it gets a thick liquid. Add the
condensed milk. Mix again until it achieves the desired thick consistency. To finish
making the product, set it aside and let cool while crushing some ice cubes and fill it up
on the plastic cups slowly add a mixed milo with together of evaporated milk on top.
This product requires the following ingredients: 1 cup Milo, 1 condensed milk, 1
evaporated milk, Hot water, Ice cubes.

for our health. This is why our group wants to produce this product to keep our body

taste than choosing those foods that well maintain our body healthy. By knowing this
problem, why not create a food that will not cause negative impact on our body but also
fulfil our wants. Our group wants to promote a cookie that which aims to end the

our consumer’s purchases. Furthermore, we will offer add-ons to be placed in cookies
depending on the consumer's preference. The image that we want to address to the
