PRE-ACTIVITY:
 Prepare the class by asking the learners to arrange their
chairs and to pick up any piece of paper scattered on
the floor; check that the classroom is free from any
noise or other disturbances.
 Check the attendance of the learner
DURING:
 The teacher will call the students one by one and ask
questions. The equivalent points to every answered
question are 10 points. To students who will not be able
to answer will be given another chance.
POST ACTIVITY:
PRE-ACTIVITY:
 Prepare the class by asking the learners to arrange

scattered on the floor; check that the classroom is
free from any noise or other disturbances.

DURING:
Provide the following rules for the conduct of the test.
1. Bring out only the materials needed: one black or
blue ball pen.
2. No cellphone shall be used or viewed during the test.
3. Communicating with one another in any manner, side
glancing, and standing are not allowed during the
test.
4. If there are questions for clarifications, they should be
addressed only to the teacher.
5. After answering the last item, remain seated and
quiet. You may review your answers and change
them if necessary.
6. At the conclusion of the test, all writing shall cease.
7. Tell the class that they will be taking the 50 multiple-
choice item tests for 45 minutes only.
8. Distribute the pre-test to the learners
9. Have the learners scan their test questionnaires to
see if there are misprints or missing items. If none,
ask them to start answering the test.
