The article discusses the crucial role of local governance in driving sustainable development in Armenia. Through surveys and focus groups, it finds that local governments must build partnerships with civil society and the private sector, engage citizens in decision-making, and incorporate sustainable development goals into local planning and budgeting to achieve sustainable outcomes. This includes addressing issues like environmental protection, social inclusion, and economic growth. Overall, the research emphasizes how local governance can promote sustainable development through stakeholder collaboration, public participation, and a focus on sustainability goals.

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the phenomena of the
exiled writer in migrant literature. The perceptions of homesickness, identity, belonging, multiculturalism, otherness, and exile help us to highlight a number of psychological realities that the exiled writer faces becoming a migrant. With the help of mythological, sociological and psychological categories, we tried to open hidden layers of migration. Migrant literature is individual, subjective, diverse, but the causes that make writer become migrant are sometimes similar. Title: Exiled Writer in Migrant Literature

Title: Museums of Anthropology
A mMuseum is a place dedicated to the “Muses”. The English
word "museum" it is originally from the Ancient Greek “Μουσεῖον” (Mouseion), which denotes a place or temple dedicated to the “Muses” who werewas the patron divinities of the arts in Greek mythology of the arts. Museums are institutions devoted to the collection, preservation, exhibition, study, and interpretation of material culture (objects). From the point of view of aAnthropology, these objects of material culture are the objects of “others”, i.e. humans beings whose similarity or difference is experienced by foreign observers. The main purpose of doing that kind of observation is to gathering various tangible cultures and traditions. After the field work (collecting various artifacts) anthropologists have to start to categorize that artifacts for the future exhibitions. The Meaning and purpose of anthropological museums is to are preserveing the material heritage of native people from destruction and make it more popular for others. Thus, museums are very powerful institutions because they can make connection between visitors (viewer) and various objects. The purpose of the article is to analyze the structures of
K.Jung's psychological types, the psychotypes of Information metabolism, Myers-Briggs typology and psychophysiological typology. The topicality of the article is closely connected with its essence and aim, namely: in psychological consultation, it is important to receive initial or accurate information about the visitor’s personal traits and characteristics by means of psychodiagnostic testing. Our task is to clarify their conceptual differences, to determine the relevance of the work based on Jungian typology and the most popular and applied theories of psychotypes. It is interesting to observe and test the hypotheses of connections between psychophysiology, the nervous system of a person, temperament and psychotypes using different methods. Research methods of examination-comparative, qualitative data analysis were applied. As a result of our work the following conclusion was formed; that unlike the Socionic approach, the Myers-Briggs typology does not follow directly from Jungian. A conspicuous dissociation factor is the introduction of a different perception of psychological functions and J-P signs, which are different from Jung's rational-irrational concepts. This paper studies terahertz (THz) waves generation in
two-dimensional periodic nonlinear structures, obtained by placing a binary phase mask before a periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crystal. The THz wave propagates perpendicularly to the pump pulse direction, which is beneficial for their independent control. The THz peak power is predicted to reach 0.64 MW at 0.5 THz frequency for the crystal in 100 K temperature. The pump-to-THz conversion efficiency is estimated to be 1.5%, with pump pulse energy equal to 4 mJ. There is room for further improvement of these results by resonantly enhancing the pump intensity in an optical cavity or by a better choice of the pump pulse spectrum. This article delves into the role of local governance in driving
sustainable development in the Republic of Armenia. The research was conducted through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys and focus group discussions. The article highlights the crucial role of building partnerships between local government, civil society, and the private sector to promote sustainable development at the local level. Furthermore, it stresses the importance of citizen engagement in decision-making processes to ensure that development initiatives align with the needs of local communities. The article also explores the significance of incorporating sustainable development goals into local planning and budgeting processes, as well as ensuring their effective implementation and monitoring. It scrutinizes the role of local governance in addressing critical sustainable development issues such as environmental sustainability, social inclusion, and economic development. Overall, the findings suggest that local governance in Armenia must prioritize stakeholder partnerships, citizen participation, and the incorporation of sustainable development goals to achieve sustainable development in the Republic of Armenia. The article discusses the issues of the development, activities and management of so called “blood system” finance of the market economy. Moreover, the management of public finance was viewed from two perspectives. The first are functions of classical management such as accounting, programming (planning), organization, regulation and control and the second are functions of risk identification and identification in the public administration system in terms of implementing control over certain management. Significant attention is paid to the prevention of abuses in the development and use of public funds and to the management of their risks. Effective and working approaches and structures for neutralizing such risks have been proposed. It is recommended to be guided by the institutional principles of management at all stages of management of public finance by mostly using the classical approaches of strategic planning for the full effectiveness of the system. Key words: public management, management of public finance, financial control, risks of financial abuses, strategic planning, institutional development of public finance.
