Answer the following questions:

1. How many virtual team meetings took place?
 Four (4) virtual team meetings took place in the preparation of our team project
(jingle)

2. To what extent did everyone contribute to the project?

 Each one of us contributed to the making of this project. From planning the things
that need to be done first, such as the lyrics and tune of the jingle, to the preparation
of the video and audio recording. As the leader of this group, I always ask them for
their suggestions, thoughts, or ideas on how we were going to make this possible
despite this online set-up. Each of them was participating and cooperated well in our
meetings. Some voluntarily took responsibility for a certain task which I really like
about them. Some openly expressed their thoughts and I took them into account
because I know that their ideas are for the betterment of this project. Also, we decided
that all of us will take part in this project and not just one member.

3. How difficult was it to coordinate your work?

 It was very difficult since I don’t know how I will manage to lead this group in this
team project and I believe that I’m not capable enough to take the responsibility as a
leader however, I challenge myself to be one. Another factor is that I’m not
comfortable with most of my members at first because some were new to me and I’m
having a hard time talking to them since I’m not good at conversing with other
people. Also, some of our meetings were incompatible with each other’s schedules
since some were busy or they had personal matters to do or emergencies. In the
making of this project, there are just small difficulties because some were not able to
do it according to what we talked about in our meetings and some have other
suggestions that didn’t go well with their expectations. In spite of these situations, we
managed to create wholeheartedly and finished this project successfully. Each of us
exerts our utmost effort to make this possible.
