“THE BEST THNGS IN LIFE AREN’T JUST

THINGS”
Life has been tough lately. As a college students, I still need the support of my parents, though I
want to be dependent student. My parents do their best and working hard enable to find
money. I am thankful to them, to my father Rodillo Casenas who is a fisherman and to my
mother who is a housewife and a vendor at the same time. My father’s hometown is from Roxas
Palawan and my mother is originally here in Puerto princesa city. Moreover, I have two older
sisters, first is the eldest ate Mary Divine Casenas, she already graduated with the course of BS
in Tourism but she worked in Palawan Pawnshop, but now she’s already gone and not with us
because it’s her time to rest with God. The second is ate Valerie Emmanuelle Casenas, the newly
Registered Widwife in PSU, she is currently resting after her board exam and waiting for the next
school year to continue her study.
My school in my elementary which I graduated is Mangingisda Elementary School as 8 th
honor student. There are also award I received to all extra curriculars that I participated
such as girl scout¸ math camp, drum and lyre and many more. One of my memorable
moments in my elementary days is that we go to fishport after the class just to swim.

Mangingisda National high school is my first school in high school, from grade 7 to 8 and
I got also an award, as an honor student. MNHS days is one of the best memories in my
life, one of these is that me and friends go home during heavy rain but we don’t have
umbrella so we buy a big plastic bag and put our things inside it. The second school is
Palawan National School, from grade 9 to shs. PNS let me explore a new world,
experience new things and meet new people which is I’m grateful with. I also have many
memories in my pns days, one of these is that me and my classmate have a boddle fight
inside our room with our teacher, amazing right.
My college days, I am
one of the freshies in
Bachelor of science
in accountancy, why
do I choose this course?
I think that I have my
heart on this
course, I see myself
as a CPA, but its not an
easy journey I
know. Aside from
these, i want to create a history in our family because there’s no CPA in our family. I try
to apply to some of scholarship but I am not accepted.
 My expectations in PSU is that it has a high standard in academic relations, will provide

enough facilities to every students and will let me unlocked new memorable experience things.

My motto in life is that “Live each day as if it were your last”
