THE SYSTEM

Three account levels: Admin, Faculty, and Technician accounts.

ADMIN ACCOUNT (College Secretary)

- Can monitor schedules of task assigned to technicians

- User account privileges

FACULTY (CICT ONLY)

- Can create request for the technician about PC related concerns

• Format Computer
• Repair Hardware
• Replace Missing Parts
• Software Application Installation

- Requests made will consist of the following information:

• Target Room
• Target PC
• Target Date/Time

- Can track the request if pending or done already.

- Can give feedback regarding the requests.

TECHNICIAN

- Can view task in calendar

- The calendar will provide the information about the task

- Can click on DONE button once the task has been completed

- Printing of Accomplished Request so it can serve as Accomplishment report
