INTRODUCTION

Titan Industries Ltd is a leading Indian company that specializes in the


production and marketing of watches, jewelry, eyewear, and other accessories.
The Tata Group and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation
established the company in 1984 as a joint venture (TIDCO).
Titan Industries Ltd is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and has a
significant presence both in India and internationally. Titan, Fastrack, Sonata,
Xylys, Nebula, and Zoop are among the many brands owned by the company.
Titan Industries Ltd's watch division is the world's fifth-largest integrated watch
manufacturer, producing analog, digital, and smartwatches. The company's
jewelry division, TANISHQ, provides a diverse range of products.
Fastrack was positioned in 2005 as an independent accessory brand aimed at
urban youth. Fastrack launched sunglasses in the same year with the goal of
