Fake news Hoax News Selling Bali for State Debt

In October 2017 there was a Facebook account named Sandy Yah which
uploaded a news link containing the statement "If the People Allow the
Area of Bali We Sell to Pay the State Debt". However, the news link has
disappeared and cannot be opened.

Hearing this untrue news, Sri Mulyani immediately gave her response. He
clarified through his Instagram account and said that he would take legal
action against the perpetrators of the hoax.

This, of course, is false news. The Unitary State of the Republic of


Indonesia (NKRI) will certainly not be traded. State finances, including
the state budget and state debt, are always maintained with great care and
responsibility.
