Important notes about your ePortfolio and LinkedIn:

 Please ensure that your ePortfolio has been 'shared to the web'/'made public'
and all related documents and links are accessible (see below for more
information)
 Please ensure that your LinkedIn profile is not restricted from view by non-
contacts.
 If your ePortfolio or LinkedIn profile is not accessible for marking, you will be
penalised as per the university assessment policy.

 You must also include a screenshot below of the main page of your ePortfolio
and a screenshot of your LinkedIn profile as evidence they have been
completed
 As the nature of the LinkedIn profile and ePortfolios are organic and you will
naturally add information to these over time, your marker will allocate marks
according to the information provided at the time of submission. As a result,
there will be no changes made to the marks allocation for these sections once
the moderation process has been completed and official marks and feedback
released via Learning@Griffith.

How to ensure you have set the correct LinkedIn privacy options

You can access your privacy settings on LinkedIn by following the below:

1. Click the Me icon on the top right of the screen


2. Click Settings & Privacy from the dropdown options
3. Click Visibility on the left-hand side. 
4. Click Change next to Profile Viewing Options 
5. In the Visibility of your profile & network section. Choose 'Your name and
headline' option instead of 'Private profile characteristics', or 'Private
mode'.
6. Then exit this screen or click on ‘Back to LinkedIn’
