Operation Procedure

1. Before fitting mixer attachments, ensure power cord is unplugged and


control switch is in the ‘OFF’ position.
• If using the dough hook attachment, insert the straight dough hook
(indicated by ζ) into the left hole of the mixer. Insert the curved dough
hook attachment (indicated by ζ) into the right hole of the mixer. The
beater and whisk attachments can be used in either socket.
2. With the speed control in the ‘OFF’ position, plug the power cord into
the power outlet.
3. Place the beaters/dough hooks/whisks into the bowl of ingredients
and gradually turn the speed control to the desired mixing speed.
4. Once mixing is finished, turn the switch control to the ‘OFF’ position
and unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
5. Eject the beaters/dough hooks/whisks only after the implements have
come to a full stop. Loosely hold the spindles and press the eject button
to remove them.
6. Thoroughly clean beaters/dough hooks/whisks after use with soapy
water and a cloth. Do not use scouring pads. Wipe the mixer body with
a damp cloth, including the power cord if required. DO NOT immerse
the hand mixer in water.
