Check UPS switch status if ON or OFF

Check if UPS is in ON,OFF or on battery mode
Check input and output voltage stability if healthy for use
Check input and output frequency stability if healthy for use
Check UPS charging status
Check UPS bypass status
Check UPS phase balance and loading limit
Check if there are traces of leakages on or below the UPS. Clean leakage and eliminate source of leakage if any is found
Check if there are traces of leakages on or below the batteries.Clean leakage and eliminate source of leakage if any is found
Check if there are no traces of leakages in the UPS room.Clean leakage and eliminate source of leakage if any is found
Check if the UPS room is dusty. Clean dust if found.
Check if air cooling system in UPS room is okay.Call for A/C maintenance if not functioning optimally.
Lock-out and tag-out the system.
Ensure that there is proper back-up power supply to the infrastructure before start of the maintenance
Check for clearance and easy accessiblilty to UPS in the UPS room
Check if appropriate lighting is available in the UPS room( to aid maintenance)
Switch Iinverter to by-pass mode.
Clean the UPS internal components with soft brush.
Remove all batteries for testing
Test all the batteries to confirm that their respective voltage is still within acceptable range, if not replace battery(ies).
Check loose connections and remove corrosions on batteries
Re-tighten all terminal contacts.
Assemble/return batteries & put the Inverter into operation
Check Charging Circuit
Check input/supply and output voltage & frequency stability
Check the power control board (PCB)
Check and calibrate each systems, to include circuit breaker, meters, alarm levels for  frequency, voltage, current, transfer and
Off-Line load test the UPS system to ensure that system is completely functional
Complete a functional checkout and test of UPS diagnostics system
Clean and re-tighten all power connections at the input and output terminals, at all circuit breakers, fuses, on rectifiers and inv
Check fire extinguisher system in UPS room is okay
Check if there is dust on the UPS panel and PCBAs. Blow out dust from the UPS
Measure the A/C capacitors
Check the D/C capacitors for leakages
Check the UPS fan for sufficient forced air flow
Assess the condition of the UPS fan, DC capacitors and AC capacitors and replace any if not ok
Offline, load test all the batteries separately. Use 12V bulb/battery tester as applicable.
Take load measurements - Output voltages(V) , Output Currents(A) and Output frequency(Hz)
Check for UPS load stability
Take unit output measurements using Xpertsoft - Output voltages (V) , Output Currents(A) and Output frequency(Hz)
Take rectifier measurements using Xpertsoft - Input voltages (V) , Input Currents(A) and Input frequency(Hz)
Take rectifier measurements using Xpertsoft - Output voltages (V) , Output Currents(A) and Output frequency(Hz)
Take bypass measurements using Xpertsoft - Bypass input voltage (V) and bypass input frequency (Hz)
Take neutral to earth voltage measurements at input and out.
Measure the ambient temperature. Stop UPS if temperature is above 40°C

Measure the battery storage temperature.Under 20 °C and over 25 °C can damge the battery
Measure the battery Voltage(V), Current (A) and Capacity (%)
Download event log for statistical analysis and trending with values collected during previous maintenance
Reset the event log, statistics , maintenance alarm,date and time settings
