11. STRUCTURAL DIMENSIONS/ELEMENTS SIZE AS SHOWN HERE ARE TENTATIVE SUBJECT TO


MODIFICATION DEPENDING ON DESIGN REQUIREMENTS.

12. ALL SETTING OUT DIMENSIONS AND REDUCED LEVELS SHALL BE VERIFIED AT SITE, PRIOR TO

15. THE TILT OF 1 IN 80 AND SHIFT OF 150mm IS CONSIDERED IN DESIGN AS PER IRC-78:2014.

16. SOIL PARAMETERS ARE : SBC-150t/m2, Ø =30 FOR STABILITY ANAYLSIS OF WELL FOUNDATION.

17. THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD BRIDGES REQUIRE AN EXTENSIVE AND THOROUGH
KNOWLEDGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNIQUE INVOLVED AND SHOULD BE ENTRUSTED ONLY TO
SPECIALLY QUALIFIED ENGINEERS WITH ADEQUATE EXPERIENCE OF BRIDGE ENGINEERING,
CAPABLE OF ENSURING CAREFUL EXECUTION OF WORK.

18. THE FOUNDING LEVEL AND SOIL PARAMETERS SHALL BE CONFIRMED BEFORE EXECUTION.

19. THE SIZE OF THE RECESS TO BE LEFT IN DECK SLAB FOR THE INSTALLATION OF EXPANSION JOINT
SHALL BE CONFIRMED FROM MANUFACTURER.

21. REFER APPROPRIATE TCS AND PLAN AND PROFILE OF ROAD


General Observation
(I) For GAD, the jack capacity should be mentioned in Note
(II) Bearing loads, forces, rotations and deformations details in table is needed to be shown in
the drawings.
(III) In the GAD the soil parameters at the founding level along with allowable bearing capacity
should be categorically given.
(IV) The design loads of pile should be given in notes. The pile capacity along with initial and
working test load need to be given GAD.
