RESOLUTION NO. 01, s.2023

“A RESOLUTION OF THE SPTA OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

SOLICITING HON. VINCENZO RENATO LUIGI R. VILLAFUERTE, PROVINCIAL
GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, OF SCHOOL COVERED COURT FOR
BAHAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEARNERS, TEACHERS, PARENTS AND
STAKEHOLDERS.”

WHEREAS, it is indispensable for a school to hold various activities/programs such as

conferences, trainings and the like without conducive and appropriate venue;

WHEREAS, these covered court can accommodate enough number of learners, teachers,
parents and stakeholders for gatherings and school activities;

WHEREAS, the association had no budget for the construction of school covered court;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Jose T. Cornejo, duly seconded by Mrs. Marites R.

Imperial;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that a resolution of the SPTA OFFICERS AND

BOARD OF DIRECTORS, soliciting Hon. Vincenzo Renato Luigi R. Villafuerte, Governor, Province
of Camarines Sur, of school covered court for Bahay Elementary School learners, teachers,
parents and stakeholders;

RESOLVED, finally, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Office of Governor Luigi
Villafuerte, School Principal, SPTA Officers and Board of Directors.
