Activity 1:

“How does balloon reacts to heat”

What you need:

❖ 2 pieces of balloon
❖ Transparent drinking glass
❖ 1 piece candle
❖ water

First activity:
Balloon Reaction to Heat
1. Light up the candle.
2. Put the candle into the transparent glass. ( Ipapilit sa baso ang
candila )
3. Blow the balloon.
4. After blowing the balloon, slowly put it into the glass with candle.
5. Observe what will happen to the balloon.
(Record what you have observed in your Science Activity Notebook).
Guide Questions:
1. What happen to the balloon when put into the glass with candle?
2. What cause of the pupping of the balloon?

4. Blow the balloon.
