    First and foremost, the researchers would like to express their gratitude to the Almighty God for His
    unfailing grace, direction, and protection shown to us throughout this research project.

    The participants in this study, as well as the community leaders who helped make it feasible, are all
    thanked by the authors. The researchers would also like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to their
    research adviser, Dr. Ma Veronica Iringan, for her ongoing support of their work and her patience,
    inspiration, and vast knowledge. Her advice was helpful to them while they conducted their research and
    wrote their thesis. They would also like to thank Professor Gina Montalla for her advice and support for
    their studies. Also, Ms. Allison made it possible to use the questionnaire for their research.

    Recommendation
    The study's conclusions showed that San Rafael, Montalban Rizal, middle-aged adults are more problem-
    focused while dealing with stress. As a result, it is advised that the Barangay of San Rafael provide better
    services, such as social assistance, in all of its barangays, particularly in the isolated barangay of San
    Rafael.
