ADMISSIONS

POLICY
Admission is opened to children from six (6) months to twelve (12) years old. Crèche to primary
six (6).

1. Admission forms bought should not be kept for more than two (2) weeks.
2. Copies of child / pupil's birth certificate weighing book (bio-data, immunization records
of growth chart) must be attached to the admission form on return.
3. Any special needs if the child should be reported to the administration upon admission.
4. Fees for the term must be paid by the end of the second term.

CODE OF DRESSING
1. Pupils should wear the purple and white uniform from Monday - Tuesday
2. The purple check dress / shirt is for Wednesdays
3. Only school Lacoste with black skirt / trousers is worn on Thursdays
4. P. E outfit is worn on Fridays
5. Each pupil is to wear black / brown shoe with white socks.
6. Non attachment wigs, mesh, elaborate decoration must be used on child hair. No
application of chemicals on the child's hair.
7. Only decent haircut are allowed on campus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. Parents or individuals known by the school can pick up children from the school. Same
applies to bringing children to school.
2. No celebration of birthdays at school.
3. Issues concerning pupils will be discussed only with biological parents.
4. Parents are expected to attend PTA meetings once each term.
5. Parents are allowed into the classrooms only on open days and first days at school. They
can however visit the school for discussion at any convenient time.
6. Sick children should not be sent to school. However, if a child falls ill at school, first aid
will be given and parent informed.
7. In case of accident, parents of the pupils involved will be informed individually.
8. Finally, lunch is compulsory for all pupils.

School start at 7:15am - 3:00pm

7. Improper dressing and dirty, outgrown uniform, obscene language and sexual
misconduct.

Any other offence not stated here / sanction determined by committee.
