TERMS & CONDITION

Material Details
This is tentative quotation , once the inspection is done at the site we will provide the estimated quotation as per the actual
measurements.

(a) Kitchen Bottom/Wall Unit : 16mm BWP (ISI 710 Grade Ply).
(b) All Other Places : 16mm MR (Archid/Neemply/Equivalent).
(c) Fittings : soft closure( Kitchen base unit, TV Unit, Hinged Wardrobes) Ebco/Equivalent/ rest are normal closures.
(d) SS Handles : ranges to 130 - 160/-
(e) Laminate : 0.8mm inner portion (Croma/equivalent), outer portion - 1mm (Croma/equivalent).
Payment Terms
(a) 10% Booking Advance for detailed design discussion.
(b) 40% shall be payable within 2 Working Days after design Sign-off.
(c) 40% shall be payable after supply of material on-site.
(d) 10% shall be paid on completion of 80% of the Project.
Quotation Validity
(a) This is a tentative estimate valid for 15 days.
(b) The final cost of the project shall be finalised subject to the actual site measurements, change in scope of work, design &
finishes.
(c) The final estimate shall be shared upon design finalization by SISA Interiors Designer.
(d) The quotation is inclusive of transportation & Design charges. Exclusive of Taxes (GST)
(e) Actual labour charge will be charged if the house is in the higher floor and when there is no lift facility.
(f) Any Additional Civil work or electrical work will cost extra (as per actuals).
Site Pre-requisite 
(a) Flooring works, plastering and a single coat of paint must be completed on-site before the commencement of work by SISA
Interiors
(b) The final coat of paint, if any should be done after completion of the Interior works as hand marks and stains on the wall
will be unavoidable due to civil works, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and false ceiling work.
Work in Progress
(a) Any complimentary gifts are provided, thus the facility charges and transportation of the charges of the same will be
charged extra if asked to do.
(b) Any other extra work done apart from the details mentioned in the quotation, then the additional work payment has to be
done by the client.
(c) For any additional requirements or suggestions or changes in the work site, the client has to discuss with SISA Interiors
Repersentative at the site (Site Engineer) or with the operation team.
(d) No direct instructions to be given to the labours working in the site from the client.
(e) Customer in liable to pay the agreed sum without any dispute once they accept with us.
45 Days Promise
We promise to complete your project within 45 days from the final approval of design (design sign off) & payment of your
second instalment.

Cancellation Policy
We at SISA Interiors strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to not go ahead with the services of SISA
Interiors the cancellation & refund policies are as follows.
(a) 10% booking advance paid shall be 100% refundable up to 48 hrs from the time of booking made.
(b) Beyond 48hrs of order booking, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
(c) If any advance paid less then 10% will not be refunded.
