Renelyn: Hello SkyBright Travels. I am planning to have my trip. Can you please
help me to plan it? I want a 3D2N vacation in Palawan and barring, I want to make
it more memorable as possible.
Ricka: Hello Ms. Renelyn, I am Ricka Jane, your travel agent. We are glad that you

our suppliers as soon as possible to provide the service that you wanted and I'll

contact the suppliers to negotiate with them. She contact two suppliers under
accommodation and transportation sector to have a deal with them. She invited it
to have a meeting with them.
Ricka: I appreciate your stopping by to speak with me today, Ms. Dela Cruz and
Ms Alfonso. Let's get right to the point and better allocate each other's moment.
Johanna: Pleased to meet you to the both of you. Girlie: Glad to meet you. Please,

Ricka: Our travel agency carefully chosen your hotel and transportation as a
supplier because we've heard, looked into, and seen that you provide good
services, and we would appreciate being a part of that.
Girlie: I see, shall we discuss the inclusions, terms and conditions? Ricka: So what
room can you offer to us?
Girlie: I can offer the garden cottage which is arranged in an intimate garden
setting, with a dedicated swimming pool and dining gazebo. Aside from that, the
Seafront Suite is positioned at the very front of the property, these two seafront
individual bungalows are customized rooms that include a perfect view of the El
Nido’s bay.
Girlie: The room category is matched of course to our contracted rate and
contracted meals and that is for the terms and conditions. So evidently, there is
meals included in the contract.
Ricka: That would be excellent! Ms. Dela Cruz. But may I ask if there are any
entertainment activities that your hotel can offer to us that is part of the inclusion
of our contract?
Girlie: Yes, of course Ms. Ricka. El Nido Hotel and Restaurant have several
amenities and facilities that everyone can enjoy such as play area, pool area and
spa.
Ricka: That's so amazing. May I ask Ma'am, if our agency purchase 100 rooms ore
more than that, is there any concessions about that?
Girlie: Yes, as part of our partnership when you availed...we can say 10 rooms is
enough, you will receive discounts or any privilege from our hotel. And if you will
ask for validity, that is only for 5 months.
Ricka: What about the form of payment?
Girlie: The form of payment is can be cash and bank accounts and the payment
due date is also specified in the contracts.
Ricka: I see, thank you Ma'am for talking about this matter. This is such a good
deals for us and without further a do, Ms. Alfonso how about the transportation?
Johanna: In our company, we can offer private mini vans as well as private cars for
our clients. The budget or the fees for that is estimated 3,000 to 5,000 depends
on the duration of travel trip.
Ricka: Si great, what about the terms and conditions?
Johanna: When it comes to terms and conditions, the transportation services
depends on the rate as well. We are hands on regards on that because we
prioritize the safety of our clients.
Johanna: Moreover, when it comes to travel taxes, insurance fees and service
charges...Bellisima Transportation included it in the contract rate.
Ricka: Oh that sounds good Ms. Alfonso! When it comes to payment, can I ask if it
is still three weeks before the full payment or it can be paid half of it?
Johanna: Unfortunately, the contract should be only within two weeks before the
full payment and yes, it can be paid half of it.
Ricka: I'll inform our clients about it. How about the concessions?
Johanna: Well when it comes on that, if you avail 100 transportation on us within
1 year...you can have our discounts and other services that our company offers.
