out and pending as well as how to handle or warmly welcome the guest.

G1: Good morning, I’d like to check in please.
R: Ma’am, May I know your name please.
G1: I’m Fiona Mae Dingal.
R: Do you have any reservation, Ma’am Fiona?
G1: Yes it's under the name of Ms. franz Dingal a queen sized bed for three days and
two nights stay.
R: Do you have your booking confirmation ma’am fiona?
G1: Yes, I received a booking confirmation
