G: I would like to have a reservations.

FD: What would you like to check-in?

G: Do you have any rooms that good for 5?

FD: Yes we have. For how many days would that be?

G: That’s for 2 nights and it would be Nov. 15.

FD: So you’re checking-in on Nov. 15, is that right ma’am?

G: Yes, you’re right.

FD: You’re checking-in on Nov 15th and the check-out would be 17th?

G: Yes, it is.

FD: Would you like a non-smoking or smoking floor ma’am?

G: A non-smoking please.

FD: Okay ma’am.

G: By the way how much is the cost?

FD: It depends on room would like to pick ma’am. We have deluxe room suit and we have also standard
room ma’am.

G: How much the deluxe room and standard room?

FD: The deluxe room suit it cost 5,990 per night ma’am. And the standard room is 2,850 per night
ma’am.

G: Okay, I will choose standard room.

FD: Okay ma’am. May I have your name please?


G: My name is Maryjaine Sacro.

FD: Could you spell that for me?

G: Sure it’s M-A-R-Y-J-A-I-N-E S-A-C-R-O.

FD: Thank you! How will you be paying?

G: By via visa.

FD: Can I have your credit card number.

G: Yes.

FD: And what is the expiration of the card?

G: Hmm, it’s May 2025.

G: Excuse me.

FD: Yes ma’am good morning welcome to four puff hotel. Do you have any reservation?

G: Yes, I have.

FD: That will be great ma’am, may I have your ID to confirm your reservation?

G: Sure….Here it is.

FD: Alright, Ms. Sacro your room is ready to occupancy but before anything else please let me repeat
your reservation, you reserve a standard room located at 3 rd floor a non-smoking floor room 888 here’s
your keycard.

G: Okay! Thank you.

FD: If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call us, have a nice day, enjoy your stay. Thank you.

G: Thank you.
Occupancy

FD: Good evening this is the front desk.

G: Hello, good evening, I think the air conditioning here in my room is broke because the room is still not
cold enough even though I set the air conditioner maximum mode.

FD: Okay ma’am can I know what your room number is?

G: Room 888.

FD: Okay ma’am I just want to ask do you want to move in the other room or just stay in that room while
waiting the air conditioner to be fixed but expect that it will take a long time to fix it.

G: Okay, can I just move to another room please, but I hope the air conditioner is in a good condition
because I really want to rest already.

FD: Yes ma’am, I will make sure that the air conditioner in other room is working well, we are very sorry
for that inconvenience incident.

G: Okay no problem, thank you.

Departure

G: Good morning!

FD: Good morning ma’am, how may I help you?

G: I’ll be checking-out now.

FD: Okay ma’am! What is your room number?

G: It’s 888.

FD: Okay ma’am, I’ll be printing out your bill ma’am.

G: Okay.

FD: How’s your staying ma’am?

G: Its fine and I enjoy staying here.

FD: That good to hear ma’am. By the way ma’am here’s your bill. All the charges are fix.

G: Thank you, here’s my card.

FD: Okay, ma’am.

(FD swiping the card)

G: Here’s your visa card and receipt ma’am, thank you for staying at four puff hotel ma’am.

FD: Thank you.
