Anjhel: Sir, Volkzki Airlines and Travel agencies want our hotel to be a supplier
in their company.

1st MEETING:
Gior: Good day sir joven casinillo and ma'am anjhel de leon, I am gior cangcungco
the ceo of Volkzki Airlines, and this is Ashley tapnio the board director and our
secretaries ryza cuenco and lance baquing.

Gior: First of all, our company choose your hotel as one of the supplier for our
company because we hear, research and observe that you have a good reputation and
good services throughout the year, and we want to be part of it.
Joven: thank you, it's pleasure hearing that and we already assess your company's
credibility, potential, track record, and credit worthiness before we committed on
the contracted rate.

Ryza: so happy to hear that sir knowing we are on the same page because of that
let's discuss the inclusion, terms and conditions in our contract.
Joven: For the terms and conditions, the room category is matched of course to our
contracted rate as well as the contracted meals.
Lance: Is there any leisure activities sir that your hotel can offer or also
included in the inclusion of the contract?
Anjhel: Yes sir, we have lots of facilities and amenities in Le Marcelle hotel like
movie theatre, spa, swimming pool and play area.
Ashley: That's so nice, so how about the taxes, insurance fees and service charges?
Is it included in our contracted rate or not?
Joven: Yes we are glad to say to you that it is already included.
Ryza: May I ask sir, if you also included some concessions to our contract? Like
every time we have paid or purchase 50 rooms are there any freebies or free 1 room?
Anjhel: Yes, Of course as part of our partnership we will be giving privilege.

Gior: In terms of the validity of our contract are we both agree that the validity
will last for May 2023 to may 2025?
Joven: Yes we are done in that, and also there’s no need to worry about the booking
and reservation procedures and conditions because it is already clearly stated in
the contract.

Ashley: How about the land or domestic arrangement and international land
arrangement are both of these present in your company right ma'am?

date in our contract which is if you have not sell a certain room, given the

payments and credit line?
Joven: The form of payments and the payment due date is also specify in the
contracts and the maximum amount allowed on credit.

Gior: About that, The price is too high, Our company can't afford that so much
money.
Gior: So, If you want to give us 10%, in exchange our contract will be extended.
Joven: 10% is a big thing mr cangcungco,I'm sorry but i can't accept your offer,
But we can offer you a 2% discount.
Gior: That's fine, We will find ways because we need your hotel,I'm not going to
let our contract go to waste because it's a big deal to us.
Joven: That's good to hear.

Anjhel: so we tackle everything in the contract and will ended this.

Ashley: Thank you ma'am for giving us your precious time in discussing with this

Lance: We are glad that we have a smooth and nice negotiation, We are looking

Gior: I will use my other shares in our company.

contract, Pallete galler and Hilton Hotel are now business partners*
