Job Summary
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. This profile includes
outbound sales calling, and setting appointments with potential clients interested in our
offerings. These appointments (telephonic or face to face) will be attended by senior
management or immediate superior. Job requirements flexible working hours, US, UK
and Australia. Job Title: Business Development Executive
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Devise email and voice prospecting campaigns to generate high quality leads to
be pursued by US based sales resources.
2. Maintain, track and report sales pipeline on weekly basis.
3. Identify right party contacts from the C Level and Functional Heads team in the
target companies by leveraging different market intelligence tools. Establish and
maintain relationship with them through drip marketing programs
4. Generates a call script & segmentation of potential contact list.
5. Tele-Marketing of Excelsior Research with setting up of meetings, appointments &
assist them via e-mail or phone on questions & problem solving.
6. Lead the response formulation efforts pertaining to RFI / RFP / RFQs by liaising with
different functional teams and Subject Matter Experts and put together a winning proposal.
7. Update the records of potential clients and makes sure about the reschedules of call
are on time.
8. Develop and maintain different sales & marketing tools like corporate
presentation, service offering presentations, case studies & brochures
9. Generates reports on a daily basis for every contact including their last results &
next follow-up date working on ACT CRM and sales software.
10. Manage website review, revision and revamp activities
11. Achieve sales as targeted.
12. Make sure the meetings are arranged or adjusted in a manner wherein they
are conducted within a stipulated timeframe.
13. Sends initial communication mails, prepares presentations, company brochures
related to specific industry where we are targeting.
14. Maintains cordial relationship with all the clients.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Also manages the CRM activities of sending the seasonal letters to the current clients
at Excelsior Research.
2. Creates own targets and runs the mass mailing campaigns as designed.
3. All the marketing materials are to be updated regularly as and when need arises, for
some clients presentations or the brochures need to customize.
4. Fluent written and spoken English with UK/USA accent.
5. Outbound Tele-Marketing (service sales) experience preferred.
