4. Classroom Activities
Student-centered activities will be the priority in this course; students are required to
be actively involved in classroom presentatios, and the lecturer will give some
comments and reinforcements right after each presentation.

The first presentation is concerned with the summary presentation. In this

activity, each student is required to read one chapter of a certain topic, summarize it,
and present it in an online-class discussion. Prior to the discussion, the presenter is
required to submit the summary to the me via google classroom. The summary and
the performance during the presentation is condidered to be the mid-term test.
The second presentation is the one related to the report of a mini study on
CDA conducted by each student. As all topics on CDA are summarized and discussed
online, each student is required to conduct a mini study on CDA. They will be let free
to choose any topic and method of CDA. As the study is completed, they have to
make a report and present it in an online discussion. I will give some comments on the
student’s report and presentation. The students are to revise the report on the basis of
my comments, and they have to submit both the revised manuscript and the old one at
the end of the semester. The presentation and the paper on the research report are
considered to be the final test.

5. Outcomes
