Supercell is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team
in Helsinki. The team is responsible for management reporting, performance and market
analysis, financial forecasting as well as business partnering across the organization. As
Supercell consists of highly independent teams, the FP&A team aims to provide a great deal of
awareness and visibility into each team’s financials. In this position you will participate in
various aspects of financial analysis, reporting and forecasting. With the support of the team
you will dive into Supercell’s key financial metrics, connect the operational and financial dots,
visualize and share insights to various stakeholders such as management, support functions
and subsidiaries. You will also be in a central role as we are developing our finance
infrastructure and implementing BI-tools.

You are the person we are looking for if you have an analytical and forward-looking mindset
combined with solid communication and collaboration skills. You are a curious can-doer with a
genuine willingness in getting to know Supercell’s operative and financial environment in more
depth. You enjoy diving into data, producing insights, building relationships and more than
anything - you are excited to share your findings and “tell a story” with data. We hope you have
gained relevant work experience, for example from business controlling, accounting, financial
analysis, consultancy or other similar roles. You have an applicable study background, for
example a master’s degree in the field of finance, industrial engineering, accounting, or other
relevant major.

What we are looking for:

● Work experience that has given you a solid skill set in both internal and external
accounting. You might have worked for example in the areas of business controlling,
financial analysis, accounting or consultancy.
● Relevant education such as master’s degree in a relevant major (e.g. Finance, Industrial
Engineering Accounting or similar)

● Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint. Skills using data visualization and business
intelligence tools are seen as an advantage.
● Experience with software implementation is seen as an advantage
● Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build relationships across
the organization
● Proactive and detail-oriented approach into analyzing financial data
● Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
