Check the oil level of hydraulic unit, and

wheel head

Check forward and backward movement

Before Power On

of tail stock.put oil to the oiling points.

Check belts of wheel head spindle and

work head spindle.

Check coolant level

Checking the oil leakage of the machine

periphery

Check forward and backward movement

of wheel head.
After power on

Check travel movement of table .warm up

for 10 mints

Check the lubricating parts for

appropriate lubrication.

Check pressure of hydraulic unit.

Remove all grinding dust /particals from

machine,Arranging the machine
periphery in order ,cleaning the machine
After Operation

and its periphery

keep machine neat and clean
