01. Objective:
To identify, evaluate and hire high-end talent aligned to business needs.
1. Job indent will be raised as per the matrix below in the prescribed format (Annexure – 1)
2. For replacement positions job indent would be raised as mentioned in point 2, and must be
approved by GM/ Factory Manager.
3. All job indents will be routed through HR Head
4. Any non-budgeted position must be approved by HR Head and GM /Factory Manager/ M.D
5. All contract positions in staff category must be approved by HR Head and GM/ Factory
Manager /Corporate M.D
6. All positions in the levels of Deputy Manager and below will be handled by HR Head and
GM / Factory Manager and above by corporate Reprenentative / CFO / M.D
7. Source of recruitment will be as follows in order
a. Internal candidate
b. Database
c. Employee Referrals
d. Empanelled Consultants
e. Advertisement
1. HR will ensure that positions are closed in the cycle time agreed through the indent
2. After short list tele-interview, interview over video should be done followed by face-to-face
interview
3. Interview panel will be constituted as suggested below
