Instructions
 Questions 1, 2 and 3 carry 15 marks each and are to be answered within 1000
words.
 Question 4 carries 5 marks and is to answered in 250 words.
 All examples and illustrations can be from either your professional or personal life.
 Format- Times New Roman, 12 with 1.5 spacing.
 ONLY word docs will be accepted. All submissions will be checked for originality.
Similarities will attract a grade drop. More than 40 % similarity will be marked an F.
 The submission link will close in exactly two hours and No Extra Time will be given
for submission.

Questions

1. Describe an incident when you changed your attitude towards an

issue/event/product/person. What triggered the attitude change? Which conceptual
framework discussed in class does the change resonate with? Identify the facilitators
of the attitude change process.

2. Are you intrinsically or extrinsically motivated? Analyse using three separate

examples. Use various theoretical perspectives to explain why you do what you do.

3. How can leaders have a positive impact on their subordinates and enhance
organizational performance? Use the conceptual frameworks discussed in the
course to elaborate your answer.

4. What is your MBTI profile? How does each profile element facilitate or hamper your
performance at work? Critically analyze.
