    The meeting reviewed problems with shifted ears on type XB-82 exp 2 plates. 100% of plates with this issue had been reworked (115,200 pieces). Assembly of these plates was scheduled to begin on March 31st. Any plates still having ear issues after rework would be rejected and the costs charged to the expander manufacturer.
