RE: Utilization of Biotechnology Center Conference Hall

Sir:

The Supreme Student Government would like to inform your good office that we will be
celebrating the CTU Founding Anniversary 2022. Activities are prepared during this event
that will be participated by students from different colleges. One of which is Bangga sa
Kinaadman which is a debate participated by representatives from each college. This
debate aims to tackle contemporary issues that are considered relevant and important in
today’s societal standing.

In line with this, we are hereby sending you this letter to ask permission for the utilization
of the Biotechnology Center Conference Hall for the Debate on November 18, 2022
(Thursday).
