Accuracy: (n) the quality or state of being correct or precise. Equ: ‫دقة‬. E.g. All reports must be
checked for accuracy.
Accurately: (adv) in a way that is correct in all details; exactly. Equ: ‫الدقة‬.e.g.The machine can
accurately locate radioactive material.
Advance: (v) to develop or progress, or to make something develop or progress. Equ: ‫يرتقي‬
‫بشئ‬. E.g. Research has advanced our understanding of the virus.
(n) before a particular time. Equ:‫مقدما‬. E.g.Thank you in advance.
(adj) happening, done, or ready before an event. Equ:‫م َسبَّق‬. e.g. advance notice.
Careless:(adj) not giving enough attention to what you are doing. Equ:‫غير مبالي‬. e.g. he was
careless of his own safety.
Contain:(v) If one thing contains another thing, it has that thing inside it. Equ:‫يحتوي على‬.
E.g.The book contains 16 chapters, 2 appendixes, a glossary, subject and name indexes, and
literature references.
Destroy: (v) to ruin or put an end to. Equ: ‫يدمر‬. e.g. all the files were destroyed.
Exceed:(v) to be more than a particular number or amount. Equ: ‫يتجاوز‬.E.g. economic growth
exceeded expectations this year.
Entire:(adj) whole or complete. Equ: ‫كلّي‬/‫كامل‬/‫تام‬.e.g. She spent her entire life caring for other
people.
Expert:(n) someone who has a lot of skill in something or a lot of knowledge about
something. Equ:‫خبير‬. e.g.He’s an expert on English literature.
(adj) having or showing a lot of knowledge or skill. Equ: ‫اختصاصي بشكل محترف او بمهارة‬. E.g.I
think we should get expert advice on the problem.
