At 10:00 am   20/02/2023 I went  to Makerston House Level 10 to gave him  all the laptops.

I called Renee at 10:00 am   but there is no answer, then I send her an email she gave me a call back then I
called her to ask her if she will be in her office today so I can go and figure out how can I solve the issue with
her monitor

I tried to call you this morning  but  there is no answer.


I came to your office last week regarding to your PC (spring broken) I found some extra one in our store.

 Sorry I tried to find an extra PC  in our store but  there is none.
Once it will be available, I will contact you.
I called Mabel to ask her if she will be in her office today so I can go and take her PC to be fixed.

Then she asked me if there is any spare PC that she can borrow because she cannot work
without her PC .

I checked but there is no spare PC in our store for loaning.

I send her an email and I suggested that if she can find spare PC to work on it while I fix
hers and once we got a spare PC I will contact her

I went to his office   with  Troy to give him the  cables for monitors.
  We plugged the   monitors by using the new cables .
 PC 550478  can  turning on  now.

I went through the PC history then I found that the  PC537139 is on Tech Refresh this year.
I asked Michael if  the new PC is available, he confirmed that the new PC is ready to collect.
I called  Nathanael to ask  him if he will be in his office today.
Nathanael  said that he work from home today and he  asked  me to  give  the new PC to his
 supervisor  Selena Mitchell.
I went to level 5 and gave Selena Mitchell  the new PC .
I took the old PC from her and I gave it to Michael

I found  a spare monitor's stand up    in our store, I went to    Renee's office  03/03/2023   at 14:00 pm   and replased the old monitor

I went to her office at 10:30am 11/04/2023, she gave me the broken laptop she asked for loan PC .
I found an extra one in our storeroom(pc544419) and I gave it to her 11/04/2023.
Laptop PC559450 is under warranty 
I contacted Dell to ask them if it covered by accidental damage and Dell confirmed that.
Dell sends the technician 14/04/2023 he Replace the broken screen with the new one.
I went to Selena s office, and I gave her the repaired laptop, I took the loan laptop from her.
Paul came to my office 19/04/2023 to drop his laptop he asked me if we can provide him with loan  laptop while I fix
this one.
I gave him PC(559239).
 

I Restarted the laptop

Update the bios.
Download Dell Power Manager Service.

 I contacted Dell becauce the laptop still under warranty .


The technician came to my office 19/04/2023 and he  replaced the screen and the motherboard.
 I Reimage the system.
Update the bios.

Caz came to my office 02/05/2023 with her laptop .

Caz  asked for borrowing  another laptop because her laptop  suddenly stopped working.
I gave her(PC 536678) 02/05/2023   for borrowing while I am  fixing  her laptop.

I Restarted the laptop.


  I did inspect and clean the air vents and fans.
Reimage the system.
Update the bios.
I Updated the  device drivers   and modified the  power settings.
Download Dell Power Manager Service.
 

I kept watching the computer performance and it got better

Desktop PC535647 and Laptop PC535862 I checked both of them if they under Tech Refresh list
this year .Neither of those are on the list.
