HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR ZOOM CLASS

1. Every time there is a session, you will be sent

with an email to your Gmail account with the link
to the class. (NOTE: If you do not have yet a Gmail
email address, please create one and send it to
us.). Here is how the email would look like. Take
note of the Meeting ID and Passcode.

6. Enter the Meeting Password. After that, you will be directed to the “Waiting
Room” where you are advised to wait until the host
of the lecture admits you. In the Waiting Room you
will not be able to hear or see what is going on in the
class.

Once inside the class, sign the attendance

IMMEDIATELY by writing your name and school in
the meeting’s chatbox (For example: Jose Marie
Santos, UST). Attendance is being monitored since
the admin has access to the chatbox even after the
meeting has ended.

7. Click “Join”.
