    To Ferazim R. Dannug, through Ma’am Arlenita Tuzon.

    We, the Senior High School Students of 12-3 HUMSS of Caloocan High
    School would like to ask for permission to allow us to conduct a survey in Bagong
    Barrio National HighSchool, about the “Exploring Experiences of the Students on
    the Implementation of DSWD Cash Assistance 2022 and their Level of
    Satisfaction”. The survey will last only about 5 to 10 minutes. Rest assured that
    the data gathered will remain confidential and for academic purposes only.
