on our research study entitled SOCIADEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE, SELF-ESTEEM
LEVEL AND ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS OF SAN
ISIDRO HIGH SCHOOL OF MALIPAYON, INC.

In this regard, we will be conducting a survey data collection among

senior high school student regarding their socio-demographic Profile,
level of stress and academic performance. All information gathered are
protected by RA 10173: Data privacy Act and will be used for
educational purpose only.
