The researchers of ABM 12-B, namely Alimento, Mercy Hope, Baldon, Jersey Kian N.,
Cabugos, Hail Trixie K., Celestial, Danica D., Diaz, Kevin A., Dumas, Kate Cristen O.,
Gicoso, Anthony, Mugas, Karin, Satuna, Princess Rochelle B., Sese, Brendan Jhaye,
Tila, Diana G., Trinidad Monica F., are writing this letter to seek a formal request to
conduct a survey questionnaire on general average within Senior High School Student. The
seller on Cavite will be the respondents.

The purpose of this survey is to gather valuable insights and data on general average to
enchance the researcher’s understanding of the “Effect of Using Tiktok as Online Selling
Platform Ttowards Live Marketing Strategy”. The information obtain will be used for the
researcher’s research.

Participation in the survey is voluntary, and respondents who do not wish to participate in the
survey will not be compelled or forced to do so. All resdonses will be kept confidential. The
researcher will assure you that the data collected will be used solely for the aforemenationed
purpose and will not be disclosed to any third party. Also the respondents provided with the
survey questionnaire will remain anonymous in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173,
also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA).
