RESEARCH PARTICIPANT’S STATEMENT

I , hereby give my consent to take part in the

research study, “Experiences of a working students; I know that my participation in this

study is voluntary and that I may extract from this study anytime, without explanation

and penalty. I understand that:

-I will be participating in a detailed interview that will inquire about my experiences;

-I will be audio taped, will last for approximately 1 hour and will be held at my

convenient time;

-I am protected from being recognized in any other way without my clear written
