Attention Grade 7 students!

We are thrilled to announce that the Grade 11 students will be hosting a special
retreat day just for you! This exciting event will take place on May 12 and will be a great
opportunity for you to connect with your classmates and make new friends. Make sure
you arrive at St. Mikes for 8:10, because the bus will be leaving at 8:30. You will return to
school around 3:00 pm.
The retreat day will include a range of both indoor and outdoor activities, all
designed to be fun, engaging and inclusive. You will participate in these activities in
groups with your homeroom, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to bond with your
classmates and get to know each other better.
Make sure you pack

 Rain jacket
 Indoor and outdoor shoes
 Extra socks
 Change of clothes (in case you get wet or dirty)
 Sunscreen and hat
 Snacks and water
 Water bottle
 Packed lunch
All this information has been sent out to your parents through edsby, make sure
you review it with them.
Our Grade 11 hosts have put a lot of effort and thought into creating a memorable
day for you, and we're sure you'll have a fantastic time. So come along, bring your
enthusiasm and energy, and get ready for a day filled with laughter, friendship and fun!
