    Re.: Letter of Confirmation of Collaboration between Ashmin’s Fun Park and Resort Inc. and Sand
    Supply Guyana Inc.

    This letter serves as confirmation that Ashmin’s Fun Park and Resort Inc. has contracted Sand Supply
    Guyana Inc. as its exclusive supplier of stone for the Madewini Villas Expansion Project for a period of
    three (3) years.

    During that time, a minimum of three hundred (300) metric tons of stone shall be delivered on a weekly
    basis commencing on December 15, 2022.
