a. Warm up and cooling down exercises

Warming up is the first thing one can do before undertaking some physical activity. Most
people are advised to stretch our muscles or do light movement to warm up our bodies so that
they won't suffer from accidents and so on. Cooling down exercises are as important as letting
our muscles and bones cool down after performing tasks, such as warming up.

b. Physical and Mental health

Physical exercise, because our bodies are continually moving, offers benefits to our physical
health. Some of the advantages include strengthening and being physically fit for our muscles
and bones. It not only brings physical benefits; it also brings mental wellbeing. It strengthens
our thinking skills and makes it possible for our minds to rest. Whenever we do light workouts
and stuff like that, it also makes us feel a sense of achievement.

c. Health benefits

In order to boost our overall wellbeing, being physically fit helps. From the bones and muscles
to other organs, including the heart and lungs. On a daily basis, actually running or jogging
increases our fitness, strengthens our hearts and improves our lung ability. Every day, exercise
will enable us to be well and protected from accidents or diseases.

d. Planning and Implementation of recreational games/ activities

When organizing games or events, one must know how the participants' physical health will be
impacted by these activities. Activities should not be that difficult, just enough to make it easier
for players to move around. Depending on the operation, it may bring numerous benefits.

e. Importance of first aid

The primary goal of first aid is the protection of life. It is to support a human, like when

someone is in an accident, when they're in desperate need of help. The second is to eliminate
aggravation. If the situation does not worsen, urgent assistance is required. If anyone knows
how to do first aid, in the case of an emergency, it should be done immediately. The last thing is
to facilitate recuperation. When first aid is given, the worst-case scenario is not only prevented,
but the protection and rehabilitation of the individual involved is also assured.
