Based on our finding we are of opinion that Towing Arrangement above could be considered
satisfactorily, in order to ensure safety during the contemplated voyage from AMEDCO Jetty
of Batam, Indonesia to Semarang Port, Central of Java - Indonesia .
Note: We recommended towing arrangement for this voyage which master agreed.
